Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) is offering a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme designed to give young South African graduates hands-on experience in a professional environment. The programme aims to provide structured learning, mentoring, and on-the-job training under the supervision of qualified professionals. Interns will be placed in specific departments within the Port of Durban, based on academic qualifications, career interests, and business needs. Key Responsibilities Participate in a structured training and development plan Complete performance reviews and competency assessments Fulfill assigned tasks and duties in alignment with the internship programme Assist in additional responsibilities as assigned by TNPA Competencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to manage documents and maintain a high level of professionalism Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Employment Equity Transnet is committed to the principles of Employment Equity.
