Description:
The Community Schemes Ombud Service Act (Act 9 of 2011) was promulgated on 11 June 2011 and provides for the establishment of the Community Schemes Ombud Service (“CSOS”) as a public entity. The CSOS has been classified as a Schedule 3A Public Entity in terms of the Public Finance Management Act (Act No.1 of 1999) (PFMA)</p> Job Description Interns will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including: · Providing support with internal and external communication · Assisting in the creation and curation of content for social media, newsletters, and the company website. · Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, campaigns, and exhibitions to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. · Conducting research to support communication initiatives, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. · Assisting with media monitoring, clipping, and compiling reports on coverage and trends. · Maintaining and updating content calendars for various platforms. · Supporting the development of presentations, reports, and other communication materials. · Assisting in capturing and organizing photographs and multimedia content for internal and external use. · Providing administrative support to the communications team, including minute-taking
