Requirements
- ✓Citizenship: South African citizen and reside in Gauteng
- ✓Age: Between 18 and 45 years
- ✓Education: Minimum Grade 11 / Matric qualification with English
- ✓Employment Status: Only permanently employed at Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd for more than one (1) year at the time of application will be considered

- ✓Basic computer literacy
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Commitment to learning and development
- ✓Successful applicants must commit to the full duration of the learnership

About This Role
ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP
Purpose: This learnership programme is intended at identifying suitable internal candidates for participation in the learnership programme and does not guarantee selection or enrolment.
Qualification: National Certificate: Generic Management (NQF Level 4)
Duration: 12 months
Training: Blended learning – theoretical training, practical learning and workplace application
Outcome: Upon successful completion, learners will obtain a nationally recognised qualification
Cost covered: Tuition Fees only
