Graduate: Mechatronics Engineering (Aeroton)

o support automation, maintenance, and process optimization in our production facility. Must apply mechatronics expertise (mechanics, electronics, control systems, robotics) to enhance manufacturing efficiency, equipment reliability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems, PLC programming, and robotic applications for production lines.

Support predictive and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment, using sensors, SCADA systems, and IoT for real-time monitoring.

Analyze mechatronic systems for bottlenecks; recommend improvements to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with production, quality, and industrial engineering teams on process automation projects and Kaizen events.

Conduct risk assessments, ensure HACCP/GMP compliance in automated processes, and validate equipment per SAHPRA standards.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues; perform data analysis using tools like MATLAB, LabVIEW, or Python.

Document automation projects, generate reports on efficiency gains, and support inventory optimization.
