Description

Purpose of the Role
To maintain the overall condition, safety, and functionality of the electrical wholesaler’s premises through general maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general housekeeping duties, including:
Weeding and maintaining the perimeter of the premises
Upkeep of flower beds and outdoor areas
Ensuring the premises are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Carry out general maintenance tasks, including:
Basic electrical repairs and upkeep
Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
Routine inspection of facilities to identify and resolve issues
Maintain shelving and storage systems:
Repair and reinforce shelving where necessary
Ensure shelves are safe, stable, and fit for purpose
Perform building maintenance:
Painting of interior and exterior surfaces as required
Minor structural repairs and upkeep
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and hazards
Report major repair needs or safety concerns to management promptly
