We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources Department with day-to-day HR operations. This role offers valuable workplace exposure and practical experience across key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including shortlisting and interview coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both electronic and manual filing systems)
Provide administrative support in employee relations matters, including meetings, hearings, and consultations
Assist with all HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and organisational events
Perform general HR administrative duties and provide support on ad hoc HR projects
