Key responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help prepare HR documents (contracts, offer letters, employee files)
Ensure proper filing (digital and physical records
Assist with onboarding of new staff
provide switchboard relief when needed
welcome and escort visitors from reception area
