The In-Service Training Programme provides students with structured workplace exposure aligned to their academic curriculum requirements. The programme aims to equip learners with practical skills, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience required to successfully complete their qualification.
The job responsibilities:
Participate fully in workplace training as per the structured training plan.
Perform tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors and mentors.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to learn.
Maintain and submit logbooks and training records as required by the institution and the company.
Work towards achieving the required practical competencies.
