- ✓Africa’s leading specialist in the manufacturing of premium knitted and woven mattress fabric based in Elsies River Industrial is seeking to fill the role of a Mechanical Intern.
- ✓As the Mechanical Intern, you’ll gain practical exposure to mechanical systems in mass production, and understand the different materials used in the bedding manufacturing industry.
- ✓You will support the manufacturing and production operations working closely with production, maintenance and quality to improve process efficiency, reduce down-time and ensure product quality.
- ✓Minimum Requirements
- ✓Completed bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- ✓Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
- ✓Familiarity with SharePoint, cloud-based platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook is an added advantage.
- ✓Software – AutoCAD
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
