- ✓As part of this development pathway, the Occupational Certificate: Internal Auditor qualification serves as the foundational entry-level certification for aspiring internal auditors, combining focused training modules with structured workplace experience to equip candidates with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to start or enhance their careers in internal auditing.
- ✓By the end of the programme, you will have gained exposure to and developed skills in:
- ✓Planning under supervision, single audit steps to test aspects of the areas being audited
- ✓Analysing and evaluating the operations in all departments according to the audit subject for conformance to good business practice
- ✓Making recommendations where control deficiencies, system effectiveness, profit improvement or cost reduction opportunities are noted to improve any out of line situations found during audits and investigations
- ✓Preparing and saving working papers and supporting documents to secure evidence supporting the findings reported
- ✓Ensuring adherence to all group standards / policies.
- ✓Prioritise and planning own workload and time management
- ✓Qualifications
