Requirements

- ✓Be recent graduates with a minimum of a National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- ✓Be currently unemployed and not studying full-time during the programme
- ✓Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute
- ✓Fields of Study
- ✓We welcome applications from graduates in the following fields:
- ✓Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology or relevant Human Capital Degree
- ✓Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
- ✓Bachelor of Arts in Digital Marketing and Communication
- ✓Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Operations Management or Business Administration
- ✓Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
- ✓What You’ll Do
- ✓As an intern, you will be placed in a structured role with responsibilities that may include:
- ✓Assisting teams with day-to-day operations and projects
- ✓Supporting customer service, administrative, research, or technical tasks
- ✓Participating in training and development workshops
- ✓Contributing ideas to improve processes or services
- ✓Gaining exposure to key areas of the business
