Requirements
- ✓Citizenship: Valid South African ID.
- ✓Status: Currently unemployed.
- ✓Education: Completed Matric (Grade 12) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- ✓Commitment: Willing to dedicate 12 full months to the programme.
About This Role
UIF ITR Learnership Programme Application Form (12 Months)
This is an application form for the 12-month UIF ITR Learnership Programme sponsored by the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) under the UIF Labour Activation Programme (LAP).
Successful applicants will:
Participate in a 12-month learnership
Receive a monthly stipend of R2 000
Obtain a SETA accredited qualification upon successful completion

The programme is split into two core learning streams:
Business Skills Development
Workplace Communication: Professional email writing and presentation skills.
Administrative Procedures: Mastering office filing, scheduling, and coordination.
Customer Service & Ethics: Understanding professional conduct and consumer rights.
Information Technology Skills
Computer Literacy: Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Data Management: Introduction to capturing, analyzing, and securing digital data.
IT Systems: Basic understanding of networks, hardware, and digital communication tools.
