Requirements
- ✓Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- ✓Previous experience in an administrative, accounts, debtors, creditors or customer service support role will be advantageous.
- ✓Basic understanding of customer accounts, invoices, credits and filing processes.
- ✓Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- ✓Experience working on an accounting, POS or ERP system will be advantageous.
- ✓Good written and verbal communication skills.

ACDC Express (Hermanus) is looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused Junior Administrator to join our branch team. The successful candidate will assist with customer accounts, credit-related administration, record keeping and general branch support. This role is suited to someone who is accurate, detail-oriented and able to work well in a busy retail and customer service environment.
Job Description
Assist with the administration of customer accounts, including accurate capturing, updating and filing of account information.
Support the processing and follow-up of credit notes, returns, account queries and related documentation.
Ensure customer invoices, credit paperwork and supporting documents are completed, checked and filed correctly.
Liaise professionally with customers regarding account and credit queries, escalating matters where required.
Assist the branch team with general administrative duties, including data capturing, filing, scanning and document control.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is handled in line with company procedures.
Support sales, counter and accounts staff with administrative follow-ups where needed.
Assist with resolving discrepancies by checking invoices, delivery notes, credit requests and customer information.
Provide friendly and efficient service to internal teams and customers.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling customer and financial information.
