Key responsibilities:

Assist in the development, updating, and maintenance of learning pathways across departments

Assist in structuring development journeys for interns, graduates, and employees

Capture, update, and maintain training and learner data

Assist with learner records, attendance registers, and training documentation

Support monthly Learning and Development reporting

Assist with data analysis for dashboards, reports, and management submissions

Compile training statistics, participation reports, and progress tracking

Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting processes

This is a 12-month contract position.
