N6 in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

Key responsibilities:
Support sellers with basic account management and operational queries.
Assist sellers with understanding platform tools, processes, and best practices.
Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Help improve product listings, catalogue quality, and stock availability.
Support promotional activities by coordinating submissions and tracking outcomes.
Assist in preparing seller performance reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Escalate operational or technical issues to relevant internal teams.
Participate in seller training sessions, webinars, and enablement initiatives.
