- ✓Key responsibilities:
- ✓Support sellers with basic account management and operational queries.
- ✓Assist sellers with understanding platform tools, processes, and best practices.
- ✓Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- ✓Help improve product listings, catalogue quality, and stock availability.
- ✓Support promotional activities by coordinating submissions and tracking outcomes.
- ✓Assist in preparing seller performance reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- ✓Escalate operational or technical issues to relevant internal teams.
- ✓Participate in seller training sessions, webinars, and enablement initiatives.
