01. Manage Customer Base 02. Customer Service 03. Achieve Sales and Gross Profit Targets 04. Administration and Reporting 05. Merchandising of Stock 06. Follow up on quotes 07. Placement of stock 08. Returning Stock not removed from location 09. Ensure Stock is displayed correctly 10. Reporting on Damaged Stock 11. Receiving and Checking 12. Report on Depletion or removal of stock 13. Requirements

• Grade 12
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
• 1 year’s shelf packing/merchandising experience
• Knowledge of general building material environment is essential
• Proven success in personal selling (achieving sales targets), customer service finding new business (customer) and converting it to actual sales.
• Ability to manage and coordinate regular stock takes
• Interact with customers
