Requirements

  • Applicants must be in possession of Grade 12, Knowledge of Messenger duties in a Public environment will be an added advantage. Good communication (verbal and written) and alphanumeric skills. Good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of document tracking. Ability to walk long distances between buildings. Ability to work in a team environment, under pressure and meet deadlines.

About This Role

The incumbent will be responsible for rendering a messenger service for the directorate. Distribution and collection of mail, collection of documents, parcels, blood samples, specimens, documents and files to and from designated buildings of the department. Assist with the execution of functions attached to the registry division. Operate office equipment, make photocopies, shred documents and any other official duties you are requested to carry out. Ability to work with confidential documents
