Requirements

- ✓Have completed an N6 qualification or similar
- ✓Have studied in W&RSETA-aligned fields, such as:
- ✓Office Administration
- ✓Marketing Management
- ✓Be willing to work in a retail store environment
- ✓Be confident engaging with customers
- ✓Be able to meet sales targets
- ✓Commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract
- ✓Contract & Benefits

- ✓Monthly Stipend: R3,360 (basic)

About This Role
The Shoprite Money Market YES Programme 2026 is a 12-month paid workplace opportunity for young South Africans to gain hands-on experience in retail sales and financial services.
Successful candidates will be placed in Shoprite stores, where they will:
Promote and explain the Shoprite Money Market Account
Assist customers with signing up for Money Market services
Deliver quality customer service in a retail environment
Work toward sales targets in a performance-driven role
Follow retail compliance and operational standards
Build practical skills in sales, customer engagement, and financial products
Participants gain real workplace experience that can lead to future opportunities in retail, banking, insurance, and sales industries.
