About This Role
PSIRA invites suitably qualified and motivated candidates to apply for various positions within Administrative Support, Investigation Services, Asset Management, Security & Information Management, Call Centre Operations, and Front Desk Services.
Successful candidates will be responsible for providing professional administrative support, handling client enquiries, assisting with investigations, managing assets and security documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient service delivery in line with organizational policies and standards.
Duties may include responding to enquiries, compiling reports, maintaining filing systems, supporting investigative processes, coordinating assets, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and delivering high-quality front office and call centre services.
