The Peermont Summit Learnership Programme is a workplace-based training initiative aimed at preparing young South Africans for careers in the hospitality and gaming sectors. The programme combines classroom learning with practical workplace experience, giving learners the opportunity to develop industry-relevant skills.
Participants will gain exposure to real working environments while completing training that can improve their employability and career prospects.
In addition to workplace experience, learners will receive a monthly stipend and work towards obtaining a recognised qualification.
Available Learnership Streams

Reception and Front Office
This stream focuses on customer service, communication, reception duties, guest relations, booking systems, and administrative support. It is ideal for individuals interested in working in hotels, resorts, lodges, and hospitality establishments.
Hospitality, Food and Beverage
Learners will gain practical skills in food preparation, customer service, restaurant operations, hospitality management, and guest experience.
This stream can lead to opportunities within hotels, restaurants, resorts, and entertainment venues.
Gaming Operations
Gaming Operations focuses on casino and gaming environments. Learners will develop an understanding of gaming procedures, customer interaction, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
