Qualification and Experience Grade 12 or equivalent qualification A relevant business-related Diploma or Degree in Information Technology and/or a certificate in Microsoft Office Applications Successful candidate should be unemployed Preferably no or very limited previous working experience Knowledge and Skills Technical knowledge of legislation pertaining to the insurance industry Basic Working knowledge of the following software: Microsoft 365 Apps Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Excel (Working with formulas, Pivot tables and Power query) MS Teams SharePoint (Power User) Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Structured Query Language (SQL) DB2 IBM Business Automation Workflow Business Process Analysis Project Management skills and methodology System analysis and design methodology
Description:
What will you do? This role has the primary responsibility for the successful implementation on Microsoft 365 with specific focus on the following: Maintenance Support and services Management of the system development process using Agile fundamentals Business analysis Information architecture (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) What will make you successful in this role? Maintaining and updating several databases with regards to manpower, recruitment, production, medical aid, and large policies Producing and maintaining reports with regards to manpower, recruitment, and production Maintaining and managing access to MS Teams and Channels Maintaining and managing access to several on-premises SharePoint sites Maintaining and managing several MS Excel reports and tools General technology support to business enabling them to use technology effectively and productively with a focus on Microsoft 365 Apps Managing access and production queries to the SanPay Business Automation Workflow (BAW) application: Access Control Production queries
