Pedros is recruiting an entry-level Prepper for its busy WACKYS store in Klerksdorp. You will prepare ingredients, follow recipes and keep the kitchen clean and safe.
Requirements
- Entry level – basic kitchen experience is an advantage
- Understanding of hygiene standards
- Able to work long hours when required
- Physical stamina and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients: cutting, marinating, portioning and weighing
- Follow standard recipes and procedures
- Store and label food correctly
- Keep prep areas and equipment clean
- Monitor stock and report shortages
- Assist grillers and cooks
