Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets

- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals

- Train and mentor sales staff to improve their sales skills and product knowledge

- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and coaching to team members
