Lereko Volvo Trucks Polokwane currently holds a vacancy for a Parts Sales Executive: Parts Department. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the ideal candidate must have parts sales experience. A proven track record is required. Actively prospects for customers & parts sales at a level that contributes to the required profit and targets of the department, in a professional manner in keeping with the standards of the company.
Job Description:
To sell more parts to achieve maximum profit.
To always ensure the highest degree of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
To ensure details of all parts sales are accurately recorded and registered.
To review daily activities, promotions, sales, targets and other activities with the parts manager for continued improvement.
Innovative thinking to improve customer base.
To discuss any pricing policy changes affecting parts sales with Parts Manager.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
Customer service orientation.
Networking and canvassing skills
Prepare and make follow-up calls
Ability to maintain good relationships internally and externally
Excellent communication using all mediums verbal, electronic etc.
Team-player
Able to initiate contact with customers
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Parts sales skills, knowledge and experience.
Ability to work under pressure and be results orientated.
Excellent product knowledge.
