2Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the compilation of Requests for Proposals/ Quotations, Information.
3Assist with administrative support at the SCM Bid Committees.
Assist the Senior Manager and Manager with administrative support.
4Assist with the receiving of goods and the coordination of goods received vouchers and invoices.
Record and report to the supervisor the activities performed in a particular period.
