Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Operational Digital Marketing Assistant / Traffic Manager to help coordinate the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, content production, and cross-team deliverables. You’ll be at the core of our daily operations—ensuring tasks are properly briefed, timelines are realistic, and teams are aligned.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who loves keeping things on track, enjoys working across departments, and has a strong interest in digital marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Traffic & Task Coordination: Manage the internal flow of work between creative, strategy, content, and media teams, ensuring clear timelines and deliverables.
• Campaign Support: Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking the delivery of marketing campaigns, across email, social, paid media, and web.
• Calendar & Workflow Oversight: Maintain up-to-date campaign calendars and production schedules, helping flag potential resource or delivery bottlenecks.
• Platform Support: Upload and schedule content or assets across tools like Klaviyo, CMS platforms, and ad managers as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Support QA checks on deliverables (copy, links, formatting, functionality) before deployment.
• Team Communication: Act as a central point for daily operational updates, briefings, and reminders—ensuring teams are aligned on priorities.
• Reporting Support: Help gather and organize performance data and campaign summaries for internal use or client reporting.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, email marketing, or content scheduling platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows, particularly on platforms like Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads).
• Interest in creative production or content development.
