Job description
FNB needs a Universal Advisor in Johannesburg to give sales and service to walk-in and existing customers in a busy branch. Applications close before 23 Oct 2026.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- NQF 5 certificate in Banking, Business Admin or Customer Service (FAIS-recognised) preferred
- 1–3 years of sales or service experience
- Understanding of FAIS and TCF principles
Responsibilities
- Help walk-in and existing customers with banking products
- Direct customers to the right digital channels
- Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups
- Keep accurate customer records in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF
