What will you do? Location: Samrand - Kosmosdal Department: Learning & Development (Skills Development) Internship duration: 12 months from February 2026 Renumeration: Stipend About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Skills Development Intern to support the smooth running of our learning and development programmes. You’ll manage the full administrative process, from learner enrolments to reporting — ensuring compliance with INSETA requirements and internal audit standards. What You’ll Do Handle end-to-end programme administration to ensure seamless execution of all training initiatives. Capture learner enrolments accurately on both internal and INSETA systems. Ensure invoices, remittances, and completion certificates are collected, verified, and securely stored each month. Record and track all training spend in line with internal reporting requirements. Create and maintain document folders for efficient retrieval during audits. Assist in preparing progress and closure reports for each legislative programme, aligned with INSETA reporting standards and timelines.
