Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Foreman to oversee our workshop operations at Hyundai Boksburg. The Workshop Foreman will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all maintenance and repair work on vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional mechanical knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance and direction as needed - Monitor and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance - Perform quality control checks on completed work to ensure adherence to company standards - Coordinate with parts department to ensure necessary materials are available for repairs - Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of workshop staff - Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing all company safety policies - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff as needed - Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on their vehicle repairs - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
