SBV Services seeks to appoint Talent & Performance Administrator on the YES4Youth programme to provide full administrative support to the Talent & Performance segment.

Job Description

Provide administrative support to the Talent & Performance Department in the achievement of the set deliverables

Support the scheduling and minuting of regulatory committees within SBV related to Talent & Performance Committees / forums

Provide administrative support in the development and implementation of the Talent & Performance Strategies and Plans, assisting with the implementation against agreed time frames, and reporting against agreed measures

Liaise with Communications regarding Talent & Performance deliverables which need to be communicated across business

Assist with the compilation of management reports and presentations for the department

Provide support on research, as required

Assist with queries as and when required

Provide administrative support with regards to Psychometric Assessment booking and training requests

Manage the psychometric support inbox, responding to booking queries and loading candidates on the Psychometric assessment system

Monitor psychometric assessment completion and follow up, where necessary

Coordinate and manage the bookings of supervised psychometric assessments as well as Line Management and Candidate development feedback on psychometric assessments with the Lead: Talent Practitioner and Talent Practitioners, where necessary

Responsible for all psychometric assessment training administration, including but not limited to the booking of training, managing the training list, certifications, managing the distribution of training material, submitting the training registers to Learning and Development and liaising with Technology and the Assessment

Reporting System Supplier for access to the system.

Provide administrative support relating to Talent & Performance training initiatives

Provide administrative support relating to training provided by the Talent & Performance department by;

Managing the end-to-end booking process for Talent & Performance related training, including bookings, managing the booking list, cancellations, tracking, certification, and submitting the training registers to Learning and Development

Supporting online training facilitations by acting as a producer (assisting candidates with technical issues, providing support with regards to presentations/ training materials and monitoring candidate engagement)

Monitor and track training materials and assist with the request for additional materials, as needed

Provide Financial Administration Support

Load and capture all invoices and credit notes related to Talent & Performance on Fraxion

Order stationery and training resources in line with standards and regulations

Work with Finance and suppliers to reconcile all quotes and invoices, providing management with visibility

Maintain the costing matrix for Psychometric Assessments as per supplier adjustments.
