Job description
Clicks Group is hiring a Beauty Assistant at Clicks Gezina Galleries, Pretoria, reporting to the Store Manager and servicing the beauty department. Purpose: Deliver service excellence through professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products, the promotion and effective management of merchandise and general housekeeping, to build customer loyalty and maximise sales. Job objectives: - Consult with customers and advise them in selecting the best products and services for their needs - Drive and maximise sales of the beauty department through promotion, cross-selling and up-selling - Monitor sales and evaluate product performance - Maintain updated knowledge of beauty and skincare products, ranges and trends
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant beauty/skincare qualification (desirable)
- Beauty, skincare, retail/FMCG or sales experience (desirable)
- Strong customer orientation and good communication skills
