South Africa’s logistics and technology sectors continue to evolve as businesses adopt digital supply chain systems and modern warehouse operations. To help prepare young people for these changing workplaces, applications have opened for the Bokamoso Logitec Learnership 2026, a paid training programme designed to equip unemployed youth with practical industry skills.
The programme combines structured learning with workplace experience, enabling participants to develop competencies in logistics, digital operations and business processes while receiving a monthly stipend of approximately R2,000 to R4,000.
Open to applicants with a minimum of Grade 11, the initiative offers an accessible pathway into industries where skilled employees remain in demand across South Africa.
