The Opportunity At Abbott Molecular, we are dedicated to providing innovative diagnostic testing solutions that help improve patient outcomes worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Business Administration Internship Programme. This role offers valuable exposure to administrative support, travel coordination, finance processes, and event management within a dynamic healthcare environment. About the Role As an Intern, you will gain practical experience and exposure to a variety of business support activities, including: Supporting the Executive Assistant with day-to-day administrative responsibilities Managing travel arrangements for the Service Team Processing Purchase Orders (POs), primarily for travel-related expenses Submitting invoices to Finance for payment processing Acting as the liaison between the travel agency and internal stakeholders Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties Receiving and welcoming Abbott Molecular guests Providing general administrative support Assisting with internal events and meeting coordination This internship is designed to provide recent graduates with meaningful learning opportunities, professional development, and real-world corporate experience within a global healthcare organisation.

Requirements

  • A completed Diploma or Degree in Business Administration,, or a related field
  • Be a recent graduate
  • Not be currently employed
  • Ideally have no formal work experience
  • Be available to start on 1 September 2026
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
