Requirements
- ✓Matric.
- ✓National Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- ✓1–3 years’ experience in Sales, ideally within training, development, or educational services.
- ✓Knowledge of SETA-accredited programmes and skills development legislation (Skills Development Act, BBBEE Codes).
- ✓Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- ✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- ✓Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market skills development and training solutions to corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct needs analyses and recommend tailored training solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Keep up to date with industry trends and SETA compliance requirements.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
