Compliance Graduate

Job description

Guardrisk is recruiting an unemployed graduate for a twelve-month compliance development placement in Sandton. The programme combines practical experience with mentoring to introduce compliance work in the insurance and financial-services environment. The placement covers regulatory monitoring, compliance assessments, policy implementation and reporting. Applicants should be comfortable working accurately with records and communicating findings; completing the programme does not guarantee a permanent position.

Requirements

• South African citizen
• Currently unemployed
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7
• No previous participation in an internship or graduate programme
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, communication and recordkeeping skills
• Willingness to develop within compliance and regulation

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory compliance monitoring and compliance assessments
• Assist with policy implementation, reporting and governance activities
