Data Capturer (Pharmacy)

Job description

Clicks Group is hiring a Data Capturer based in Roodepoort to capture patient profiles and confirm contact and delivery details of patients. Job objectives: - Ensure the accuracy of existing patient information to safeguard against duplications so records are accurate and up to date - Load new patient files onto the system correctly and timeously - Contact patients to confirm delivery details and follow up queries - Validate patient delivery addresses - Check the client database regularly for duplications and errors and keep it clean - Resolve queries from internal and external customers regarding patient information

Requirements

• Grade 12
• 6 months experience in a data capturing environment
• 6 months experience in a pharmacy/medical environment
• Good communication skills
