Floor Advisor – Pongola

Job description

TWK Agri is recruiting an entry-level Floor Advisor in its Trade division at Pongola Retail. Advise customers on input products, manage stock and merchandising and provide customer service. Product knowledge and a valid Code 08 driving licence are required; no minimum years of experience are stated. Salary is not disclosed. Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Related qualification is advantageous
• Pump, plumbing and irrigation knowledge
• Hardware, hand-tool and power-tool knowledge
• General farming knowledge
• Marketing and merchandising skills
• Computer literacy
• Able to work under pressure
• Valid Code 08 driving licence
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist in-store customers
• Order, merchandise and sell stock
• Perform monthly stock checks and counts
• Sort and store goods
• Work overtime when required
• Adhere to health and safety requirements
