The FNB Future League Graduate Programme is designed to immerse graduates in the world of FNB from the beginning.
Successful graduates will participate in a structured induction, workplace exposure, training and innovation projects.
Programme Structure
New graduates will start with a dedicated three-week Welcome induction programme.
During the induction, graduates will learn how the organisation works, meet managers, HR representatives and CEOs, and get introduced to workplace systems such as the intranet, payslips and employee benefits.
After induction, graduates will take part in a team-building weekend before moving into their business units.
Graduates will then complete a six-month structured training programme.

Graduates will participate in real innovation projects, including the Service Channels Project and the annual Graduate Project.
The top three Graduate Project teams may win prizes, and strong ideas may be entered into FNB’s wider Innovation Programme.

Final-year students completing their degree
Candidates with strong academic results
Curious, courageous and able to work well in teams
