Fedics is looking for a Griller who will be responsible for the preparation, grilling, and presentation of food items in line with Fedics’ quality standards, food safety requirements, and client expectations. The role exists to ensure that all grilled products are prepared accurately, safely, and consistently, contributing to a high-quality dining experience and efficient kitchen operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and grill food items in accordance with approved recipes, menus, and Fedics quality standards

Ensure correct portion control, food presentation, and consistency of all grilled items

Operate grilling equipment safely and correctly, reporting any faults or safety concerns to the Supervisor

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas

Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times, including proper food handling and storage

Monitor food quality and freshness throughout service and take corrective action where required

Assist with food preparation, service, and setup before, during, and after service periods

Work closely with the kitchen team and service staff to ensure efficient and timely service delivery

Minimise food waste by following correct preparation and storage procedures

Comply with Fedics policies, procedures, and site-specific operational requirements

Carry out reasonable ad-hoc duties as required by management to support kitchen operations

Skills and Competencies:

Ability to grill and prepare food items according to set recipes and quality standards

Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

Safe use of grilling and kitchen equipment

Understanding of portion control and food presentation

Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and consistency in work output

Works effectively as part of a team and supports colleagues when required

Able to work under pressure during peak service periods
