Sedibeng TVET College is recruiting 4 Hospitality Trainees for 12 months at its Vanderbijlpark Campus, with a monthly stipend of R4,060. Requirements

• Hospitality N6 Certificate OR NC(V) Level 4 Certificate in Hospitality
• Good communication and customer service skills
• High standards of hygiene
• Able to work in a team and under pressure

Responsibilities

• Assist with training students in the kitchen during practicals
• Manage kitchen stock and equipment inventory
• Keep kitchens, boardroom and auditorium clean
• Prepare ingredients and assist lecturers in cooking sessions
• Prepare for functions and help purchase ingredients
