Requirements
- ✓Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- ✓South African citizen with a valid ID
- ✓Aged between 18 and 35 years
- ✓Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- ✓Hold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- ✓Medically fit for duty according to mining standards
- ✓Preference Will Be Given To:
- ✓Applicants residing in the Bronkhorstspruit area
- ✓Females and persons with disabilities, in line with employment equity and the Social and Labour Plan (SLP)
About This Role
Canyon Coal (Pty) Ltd is offering a 24-month internship programme for engineering graduates at Khanye Colliery in Bronkhorstspruit. The programme is designed to provide practical, hands-on technical experience in a mining environment.
Interns will gain exposure to day-to-day engineering operations, safety standards, and maintenance practices while working alongside experienced professionals. The programme supports skills development and prepares graduates for future careers in the mining and engineering sector.
