Learning and Development Internship

Job description

iMasFinance is an authorized financial services provider, offering financing and insurance products. We are looking for one, unemployed candidate from designated groups, to participate in a Learning and Development Internship programme within our HR department, at our head office in Centurion.2

Requirements

• 3-year Diploma/degree in Human Resources Development and/or related qualification
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Any relevant work experience will be an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Great interpersonal relationship skills

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will assist with:
• Administration of employee training and development interventions
• Capturing and maintaining training records.
• Recruitment and onboarding of learners/interns.
• Provide learner support to ensure programme completion
• Tracking and monitoring learner schedules and progress
• Be provided with continuous coaching, mentoring, on the job training
• Exposure to training and skills development within financial services sector
