Learning Design Intern (Feb 2027)

Job description

MiWay is offering a 12-month Learning Design internship from February 2027 in its Learning and Development team in Kosmosdal. The intern helps design e-learning modules, guides, workbooks and multimedia training material. MiWay has not published a closing date.

Requirements

• Aged 18 to 35
• South African citizen
• Unemployed (less than 6 months previous employment)
• Not previously on an INSETA internship
• Degree or diploma (completed or in progress) in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Design or Learning and Development

Responsibilities

• Help design e-learning modules, facilitator guides, workbooks and assessments
• Create presentations, infographics and videos
• Work with subject experts to structure content
• Upload, test and quality-check courses on the learning system
• Keep learning materials up to date
