Role Purpose To develop an understanding of clients' financial needs and support the delivery of a professional advice-led service through administrative support, client engagement, financial planning exposure, and participation in the client service and onboarding process.
Requirements
- BCom Degree or 3-year diploma (Essential)
- Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Financial Planning, Business Management, Economics, Investments or equivalent relevant qualification (completed or final year)
- No prior work experience is required.
- Exposure to financial services, customer service, sales, administration, or client-facing environments will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs and gather relevant information.
- Support Private Financial Consultants and Advice Analysts with the preparation of client reviews and financial recommendations.
- Assist with scheduling client appointments and managing client engagement activities.
- Support the client's onboarding process by ensuring required documentation is complete and accurately captured.
- Follow up on outstanding client information and documentation in a timely manner.
- Accurately capture client information, actions and interactions on relevant systems.
- Assist with maintaining client records in accordance with company standards and legislative requirements.
- Participate in the preparation of reports and client communications.
- Develop an understanding of financial products, financial planning principles, and client advice processes.
- Adhere to compliance and governance requirements in all client interactions and administrative activities.
