Job description
RCL Foods is offering a Quality Assurance internship (fixed-term contract) at its Speciality Spartan site in Kempton Park. It is aimed at someone who needs workplace experience to complete their qualification. Reference: RCL261012-5.
Requirements
- Grade 12 minimum
- Preference for candidates with or studying towards a National Diploma in Food Safety or related field
- Basic computer literacy
- Willing to work shifts and flexible hours
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor quality on the production line and complete check sheets
- Report deviations and follow up corrective actions
- Check that staff follow SHE, GMP and food safety practices
- Keep records on dispatched product and customer complaints
