Job description
Guardrisk is recruiting a Risk Graduate for a twelve-month development programme in Sandton. The opportunity is aimed at an unemployed graduate interested in risk management within insurance and financial services. Practical experience and mentoring will introduce risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting, together with governance and control processes. The graduate will see how risk considerations influence operational and business decisions; completion does not guarantee permanent employment.
Requirements
- South African citizen
- Currently unemployed
- Aged 18–35
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Auditing, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline
- Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
