Job description

The Unemployment Insurance Fund has one Security Officer position available. Applicants must use the new Z83 application form and submit an updated, comprehensive CV.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Grade C Security Certificate
• Registration with PSIRA
• No experience required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Computer skills
• Good interpersonal and customer-care skills

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will provide physical security services, render information security services and manage access to buildings and key-control systems.
• Knowledge of access legislation, PSIRA procedures, evacuation procedures, MISS, MPSS, Batho Pele principles and departmental policies is required.
