Requirements
- ✓Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- ✓Previous experience in retail, food service, vending, or a customer service environment will be advantageous.
- ✓Basic numerical and stock control skills.

- ✓Physically fit and able to lift and move stock when required.

TsAfrika is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Vending Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of vending services. The successful candidate will be responsible for stocking vending machines, monitoring product availability, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Refill and replenish vending machines with products according to stock requirements.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the relevant Supervisor.
Ensure vending machines are clean, operational, and well-presented at all times.
Conduct routine checks to ensure products are fresh, correctly displayed, and within expiry dates.
Assist with stock receiving, inventory management, and stock control processes.
Report machine faults, maintenance issues, and product discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate records of stock usage and replenishment activities.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
Assist with general vending operations and administrative duties as required.
