This learnership combines classroom-based learning with practical workplace training.
Learners will gain supervised experience in a real store environment while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

What You Will Learn:
Learners will gain practical and theoretical training in wholesale and retail operations.
The programme may cover the following learning areas:
Customer service and sales support.
Stock control, receiving and dispatching stock.
Merchandising and product display.
Retail administration.
Communication skills and workplace professionalism.
Teamwork and collaboration in a busy retail environment.
Workplace readiness and practical store experience.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must be South African citizens.
Applicants must have a valid South African ID.
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
Applicants must have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Applicants must be unemployed.
Applicants must have no criminal record.
Applicants must be in good health.
Applicants must not have previously completed the same Wholesale and Retail SETA learnership.
Applicants must be willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
