YES Programme 2027: Airfreight & Logistics (Durban)

Job description

Rohlig-Grindrod is recruiting unemployed Matriculants for its 12-month Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme in freight forwarding and supply chain. The programme starts in 2027 and is based at the Durban Airfreight office near King Shaka International Airport. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• Matric with at least 50% in English and Mathematics
• South African citizen, not older than 35
• Unemployed
• Must not have completed a YES Programme before
• Customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Learn airfreight and supply-chain operations on the job
• Assist customers in a demanding service environment
• Work with the team to meet deadlines
